Shipping Policy
Orders are shipped Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday for next day delivery. This is usually due to arrive before 1pm.
Just as all other carriers, Royal Mail cannot give a delivery time, but we pay for before 1pm.
The package contains your order details, the Caviar and an ice pack.
The ice pack is designed to maintain a temperature of below 5 degrees centigrade (not freeze the caviar) for journey times up to 30 hours.
Once delivered please store the caviar in the coolest part of your FRIDGE - not freezer until required.
Once the tin has been opened please consume within 48 hours.
The parcel service we use requires a signature and they will not leave in "special" places. So please arrange for someone to accept delivery on the selected day.
We post the tracking details on the website and send an email as soon as we have the details.

Despite a worldwide ban on wild caviar in 2006 following a crash in Sturgeon stocks, 85% of all sturgeon remain at risk of extinction, making them more critically endangered than any other group of species according to the IUCN.
