The package contains your order details, the Caviar and an ice pack.

The ice pack is designed to maintain a temperature of below 5 degrees centigrade for journey times up to 24 hours.

Once delivered please store the caviar in the coolest part of your FRIDGE not freezer until required.

Once opened please consume within 48 hours.

Despite a worldwide ban on wild caviar in 2006 following a crash in Sturgeon stocks, 85% of all sturgeon remain at risk of extinction, making them more critically endangered than any other group of species according to the IUCN.
