Make a gathering in to a celebration.
This unique Caviar is produced using matured Acipenser Baerii eggs which can be up to 2 years old.
Following the maturation of our Ethical and Sustainable Caviar we infuse it with the finest British Gin for 30 days which gives an ABV (alcohol by volume) of 2%
The smooth creamy texture with oceanic flavours infused with a kick of British Gin are a match made in heaven.
AiC Pure indulgent opulence!
Another unique fact, each tin shows the type of fish, where it was reared, what year the eggs were taken and where and when packed, PLUS it shows the "actual" fish number that gave the eggs. Not one other producer around the world offers all the above information!
Allergen Advice: FISH Use by date is 3rd January 2024
We offer guaranteed next day dispatch on all our Caviar.
To ensure that our Caviar arrives in perfect condition, we use thermos-sealed containers with their own ice pack.

Store it in the coldest part of your fridge, which is usually the bottom at the back - the oils and salt will keep it from freezing. It should be kept below 5ºC.
You should always serve Caviar as fresh as possible, so keep it unopened and chilled until you need it.
Once opened, your Caviar will last (covered and in the fridge) for a maximum of 48 hours.
In any event, your Caviar should be consumed by the date on the base of the tin or jar.
