A quiet day down on the farm, was brought to life when Anna from the local TV station for York (York TV) arrived with camera and microphone.

We chatted for a while. Then she interviewed us on camera whilst filming the fish husbandry and onto the Caviar production process, ending with a peek inside the Caviar chiller.

She was taken aback by the size of our larger sturgeon and totally grasped the socially acceptable – KC no kill ethos, from the hatchery right through to the retirement lake.Thank-you Anna and the team for a great film.
